As well as fostering the constant collaboration between our front-line service representatives and our in-house software development team.  This cross-departmental collaboration allows us to ensure that our solutions are tailored to meet our customers’ unique needs. By fostering open lines of communication and sharing insights, we create a synergy that is essential to delivering exceptional service and products.

Allow me to share a couple of inspiring success stories that highlight the transformative power of collaboration at ServingIntel:

  1. In collaboration with one of our key senior living customers toward the tail-end of the Covid-19 pandemic, we co-developed a groundbreaking solution called that allowed them to serve more residents and maximize their dining capacity and revenue by providing in-room ordering and delivery services that exceeded their expectations. This partnership not only resulted in increased revenue but also solidified a long-lasting relationship built on trust and shared success.
  2. While discussing new ways to increase revenue with another of our key senior living clients, we discovered that there was quite a local buzz about the high-quality cuisine that they provided to their residents. So much so that they had received multiple inquiries about the possibility of allowing the general public to make reservations for dining. Although the senior living facility was not able to accommodate those requests, they did have the bandwidth to serve more people. So, we developed a solution with one of our integration partners that gave the community the ability to provide carryout and delivery of their food to the local community. Thus, creating an opportunity for this community to actualize a new revenue stream and showcase their culinary excellence.
